Second method: Remove from the device list

1. Open Windows start menu
2. Type Control Panel 
3. Go to the Control Panel
4. Navigate into View devices and printers under Hardware and sound section
5. Find your JBL Clip 4 in this view
6. Right-click on JBL Clip 4 and press Remove device 
7. Congratulations, your JBL Clip 4 should now be removed from you computer device list!
