Third method: Uninstall the device from the Device Manager

1. Open Windows start menu
2. Type Device Manager 
3. Go to the Device Manager
4. Expand the View tab from the upper panel
5. And turn on Show hidden devices option
6. Right-click on the JBL Clip 4 in the Bluetooth devices tab and click at Uninstall device 
7. Confirm removal by choosing Uninstall
8. Your JBL Clip 4 should now stop appearing in the device list, well done!
