Why does my speaker disconnect from my device or computer? - JBL Clip 4

Please check if you have selected “Forget this Device” or “Forget this Computer” on your device or computer respectively when you are trying to connect to JBL Clip 4 via Bluetooth or JBL Connect app. Otherwise, it will be disconnected automatically after a certain period of time without any action from users’ side. You can select “Remember this Device” or “Remember this Computer” to prevent this from happening in future connections between JBL Clip 4 and devices or computers respectively.
