Why does my speaker not play music after connecting via Bluetooth? - JBL Clip 4

Check if you have selected “Forget this Device” or “Forget this Computer” on your device or computer respectively when you are trying to connect to JBL Clip 4 via Bluetooth or JBL Connect app respectively. Otherwise, it will be disconnected automatically after a certain period of time without any action from users’ side. You can select “Remember this Device” or “Remember this Computer” to prevent this from happening in future connections between JBL Clip 4 and devices or computers respectively. Also check if your device supports A2DP profile and has been paired with JBL Clip 4 successfully before trying to play music via Bluetooth connection between them. If yes, please try to restart both devices and reconnect them again via Bluetooth connection before playing music through them together again in future connections between them respectively. If there is still no sound after reconnecting.
